It is a nature of human to think. Human mind has been created to think. Human thinks, mostly of past, a great amount of time about future and very seldom of present.

When someone says, he or she has Fear, it is actually a memory of the experiences, one had. The person thinks about the experiences of the past and give further thoughts to this memory. Adds more thoughts into it, more experiences and then make it larger and larger. Then the same person becomes afraid of the thought, he has enlarged. Now begins The Contradiction. A person creates thought, makes it large by adding more thoughts of past and the same person is now afraid of this. Soon, the person feels exhausted and then the same person wants to get rid of the Fear. Thus, more Contradiction, more chaos.

How can a person, who is afraid of his own thoughts, can be free from it.
